Ability to show progress towards discounted shipping based on items in cart

You already have the progress calculator towards "promotions" based on the items currently in cart. However, it would be good to have the ability to show progress towards discounted shipping based on the amount the customer purchases with tier levels.

For example something like "Free shipping on orders over $200, and 50% off shipping on orders over $140, etc" I tried to get this to work with the existing component but since its configured to use the "marketplace" it wasn't aligned with the Shopify data to work correctly. Maybe this is an iteration on that existing component to be able to connect to discounted shipping thresholds.
