Conditional in the shopping cart, active button.

The idea is that when adding x amount to the cart or adding x value to the subtotal, the finalize order button is activated...

Ideally, the button appears blocked and when either of the 2 conditions is met, it is activated to continue with the purchase process...

Interesting idea. How would you use this?

Is the idea to require adding a certain number of items to the cart or require the order subtotal to be at least a specific amount to continue to checkout?
