Improve Cart Thumbnails

Cart images are loading slower in Frameship v2 than before the update.
Those images are now loaded directly from Shopify instead of Framer. This way there is no automatic image resizing. However the Shopify CDN has a width parameter that allows resizing as well. That should be used to shrink down images.
