Issue with Checkout – Cart Shows Empty After Previous Test Orders

Hi Frameship team,

I’m experiencing an issue during testing on our Framer site using the Frameship plugin.

After placing a test order, I noticed that when I open the page again and try to add a new product to the cart and proceed to checkout, the page refreshes and the cart shows 0 items. It prevents the checkout process entirely for repeat customers!

However, when I open the site in an incognito window, everything works as expected — products are added to the cart and checkout works fine.

This suggests the issue might be related to local storage or cached cart data from earlier sessions.

Can you advise on how to reset the cart programmatically or avoid this issue during testing? Is there a method like cart.clear() or something else we could use to ensure broken sessions don’t prevent checkout?
