Would be cool if you could add a product review form so people can rate the product.

If we add ratings and reviews, it will probably also be available outside of Frameship. Ratings and reviews would also be useful for non-Shopify CMS collections, like products sold outside of Shopify, directories, blogs, and other types of content.
