Production URL stuck on "Not set" – Checkout blocked on live site

My site is live and published with a custom domain look here, my Launch license is active and green, Shopify is connected. But Production URL stays "Not set" permanently.
I have tried everything: disconnect/reconnect Shopify, re-activate license, republish. Nothing works. The result is a "BUY LICENSE" banner visible to all visitors and a completely blocked checkout.
I have 2 open support tickets with no solution. I have been waiting weeks for a proper response. I am also still waiting for a refund that was promised and never processed.
I paid for a product that does not work, and the support has been unacceptable.
Can anyone help me with this – or is this a known bug? Is there a fix on the way?
