"Upgrade to Publish Your Store"

On my clients ecommerce website, there is an "Upgrade" pop up for the Frameship plugin even though I have already paid for the plugin. The plugin runs smoothly, but this pop up is a distraction that I can't get rid of. Any help? Here is the website: https://www.kalebcorbin.com/
