Variant Selector in Cart + Outside CMS Pages

Please consider adding a variant selector (size, color, etc.) directly in the cart, as well as support for selecting variants outside CMS product pages.

This would allow users to:
• Change size or color directly from the cart (without removing and re-adding the product).
• Implement a proper “Quick Add” flow anywhere on the site (e.g. product cards), with a popup to select variants before adding to cart.

This would significantly improve UX and conversion, especially for fashion and variant-heavy e-commerce brands.

I have UI ideas and mockups ready if needed.
