Add hover state on dynamic filtering

Hey Johnny - hear you. In progress on our end. Quick partial fix for now: filter buttons already support state-based Fill in Styling, so you can set a different fill for the default vs selected state - not a true hover yet, but might get you closer in the meantime. Full hover controls are coming. What are you building this for? Happy to flag it if it changes how we prioritise this.
