Toggle dynamic filter additions

I'd like to suggest these corrections/implementations:
- as of now I can only place the text on the left or right side of the toggle/checkbox, while I'd like to place the text under/above it
- I can't customize the color of the toggle/checkbox once it's 'On' - I know the blue color is the standard one but it doesn't fit my website and I'd like to be able to change it
- right now I can change the size of the text but not the size of the toggle/checkbox, so I can't really make the text much smaller/bigger than 14px because the toggle/checkbox would look incredibly small/big
